THE HEART TREE
Predominantly Group Activity Based - Basic objective to establish a learning, interacting group that wants to further learn, reflect and move ahead on an intenser period of training Expeditions are fun, outdoor activities aimed at providing teachers with an opportunity to explore what they have learned till now. Be creative in accessing, analysing and implementing what is learned. Prepare strategies to use this learning in the classroom. We move towards self-reflections. From this session onwards each participant will start writing a 'Reflective Diary'. The style will be conversational and in his/her language of preference. The diaries will be open only to the trainer who will interact more closely with each participant. The trainer will design exercises keeping in the need of every participant. An exercise in the reflective diary will be used to assess the need and this need will determine the next exercise specially designed for the individual participant.

TECH ENHANCED LEARNING
The impact of technology on our lives has been huge and overwhelming. We are completely dependent on technology right from the moment we open our eyes in the morning. Using an alarm clock to wake us up, using wearables to monitor our exercise routines, checking important emails, using WhatsApp for important communication, setting reminders on mobile phones or laptops/tablets or as simple as booking a movie online, we are completely dependent on the digital world. It’s almost impossible to imagine our lives without technology.
